What Does It Cost to Record?

Basic Beefbreeder recording fees 01 April 2022 – 31 March 2023 are as follows:

• Annual fee of £140 per breeder plus £5 per cow
• Ultrasound scanning undertaken by Signet technicians will be charged at £7 per head (minimum visit fee of £200)
• Scanning fees charged by other AHDB accredited scanners may vary

Additional Data Analysis Fee

Breeders in England and Scotland – full fee covered by levy (AHDB Beef and Lamb and QMS)
Breeders in Wales, Northern Ireland and overseas – £95/herd
